Wholesale hotel linen
Hotel linen that's the same every order.
Southfold Linen supplies white towels, bath mats, sheets and pillowcases to Australian motels, hotels, short-stay managers and commercial laundries. Every item is made to a written spec and checked against a signed sample, so your next order matches your last.
We're signing up founding customers in Victoria now. Sample kits ship from February 2027, and our first stock lands in Melbourne in mid-2027.
The first range
Six items that cover a standard motel room. These are our target specs; each one is confirmed through samples and independent lab testing before we order.

What you can count on
Most complaints about linen suppliers come down to one thing: the second order isn't the same as the first. Everything we do is built around fixing that.
The same product every order
A signed golden sample and a written spec for every item, and a batch code on every care label, so any problem traces back to its order.
Sheets sorted in seconds
Coloured hem thread by size: blue for queen, green for king single. Housekeeping can grab the right sheet without unfolding it.
Order what you need
Buy in bundles of 10 and mix items in one carton. No container-sized minimum orders.
Made for commercial washing
Bleach-resistant whites, double-stitched hems and reinforced corners, specified for laundry life rather than shelf appeal.
Stock in Melbourne
From mid-2027 we hold stock locally and deliver within one to two weeks of your order.
A free linen count
We'll count your linen, recommend a stock level for each room and remind you when it's time to reorder.
